“A three-day, 515 km annual endurance race held on the biggest island of them all – Australia.

Ultraman Australia starts and finishes at iconic Noosa Heads beach, in front of the Noosa Heads Surf Lifesaving Club, Sunshine Coast, Queensland.  Noosa Heads has been named as one of Australia’s top ten beaches.

Ultraman Australia is divided into four stages over three days, and each day has a 12 hour cut-off.  Your training will take you places you’ve never been.  The three day event – the distances – will test your physical and mental endurance.  And afterwards, you will join the Ultraman Australia family, a family like no other.”

This will be the BIGGEST physical and mental challenge of my life, Im so excited and scared of this event, so with my coach Bec from Racingheart we are preparing for this Epic event in 9 months. Using Zwift for turbo training sessions indoor as it gets freezing in Jindabyne during Winter with the snow fields just 35kms away. This journey to be the fittest version of myself, will bring challenges and tough workouts to follow which I can’t wait to embrace.  Doing this race shows that anything is possible when you set your mind to it, with enthusieasm and passion and focus. Bring on Ultraman.

Stay tuned for updates on my training progress.
